BEGINNING DIVING
These classes are designed for the beginning diver between the ages of 6 & 18 with little or no experience.  In the beginning diving program divers will learn body control, water entries, and other techniques designed to get them on their way to a sucessful diving career.  These classes meet twice per week for 45 minutes.  See Fees and Times for more informatin
 
Future Champions Team
This is the first level of the Junior Olypmic Program and will be open to those divers that are invited by the coaching staff.  The objective of this team is to continue the development towards a Junior Olypmic list of dives and to gain valuable competition experience.  Divers on this team will have the opportunity to compete in novice meets held in Athens and nearby cities.  These classes meet two times per week for 90 minutes.
 
JUNIOR OLYMPIC TEAM
The JO team will be open to those divers that have learned a JO competetive list of dives.  Only those divers invited by the coaching staff that have shown the skills and motivation to learn the necessary dives will be allowed to join the team.  These select divers will work on their dives and should be prepared to compete in various meets throughout the country.  The JO program practices three-six days per week
 
SENIOR TEAM
The senior team is made up of divers age 14 and over that have shown the exceptional potential, skills, and motivation to compete at the senior level.  Practice times and fees as well as team selection will be done by the Head Coach of the Senior Team.
 
HIGH SCHOOL TEAM
Even though this club is not a high school team we do offer classes designed for the high school diver.  These classes will be open to those divers in grades 8-12 that do not dive year round and want to dive for their school.  These classes meet twice per week for 90 minutes.
